Kroger Co. has moved an unknown number of employees out of downtown after a large leased finished in the Central Business District.
Taubman’s, who supply grocery giant Kroger, have announced that the digital divisions of their Atrium Two operations have left Atrium Two, located at 221 E. Fourth St., and are now located at KrogerÃ; The relocation comes after Kroger and Ampersand’s lease for their “digital HQ” in Atrium Two came to an end.
The lease was for nearly 75,000 square feet and expired during the fourth quarter 2023, according to commercial real estate broker CBRE.
